In order to keep up with the growing demand of the timber construction industry in the sub-region, we are looking for personnel to help strengthen the planning office in Libreville:
A) Engineer or technician in timber structure(m/f)
Are you an engineer or technician in timber structure and you have the experience with design and management of projects in the building sector with prefabricated elements? Do you have experience in the production of the Glued-laminated timber? Can you easily integrate in a team and in a foreign local environment? Do you have the ability to structure your work and find the initiative to motivate your environment and communicate you visions?
We would like to offer you a position in our team in the development office. You will be given responsibility to execute turn-key residential projects as well as larger projects within the timber construction field.
Your mission:
- accompany and manage projects from the design, realization in the workshop until the construction
- responsible for the documentation and the internal and external communication;
- Coordinate with those responsible for sale and production;
- Follow-up with production and ensure the Quality;
- Conduct research and development of new products;
- Train local personnel.
Your profile:
- Studies and experience as a carpenter is an asset;
- Possession of good computer skills as well as experience with CAD program “CADWORK”.
- Knowledge of statistical calculations;
- Fluent in French and English;
- Ability to adapt to local conditions.
B) Designer/CAD developer (M/F)
Your mission:
- Establish technical & architectural plans in 2D/ 3D;
- Assist the people responsible in the establishment of plans and models ;
- Help with the development of new products ;
- Prepare, monitor and coordinate small construction sites.
Your profile:
- Possession of good computer skills as well as experience with the CAD program “CADWORK”;
- Experience in the building sector ;
- Knowledge of static calculations ;
- Fluent in French and English ;
- Ability to adapt to local conditions.
